Headlights not working

My parking lights work but not my headlights. The bulbs are good, wiring looks good, behind lights fuse under the hood is good 60 amp 6 c fuse 15 amp under dash is good. What next?

There is also a circuit breaker under hood and a lamp module for the module. You will need to get it scanned to see if the module is working or not.

The circuit breaker from the looks of it is the 60 amp fuse on the modules and fuses on the firewall its fine. I looked at it and swapped it out with another one and no changes. Looking on line now for a picture of lamp module.

The lamp module may have to be programmed to your car if it does not work. I could not find a picture of it but it is left hand side of dash to left of steering column.
