the low beams have a blue line across the beam?

My headlights were just replaced after an accident. Now the low beams have a blue line across the beam on the road. Below the line the beam is bright but above it the beam is practically nonexistent. This is giving me maybe 10-15 ft of visibility. What do I do? I already aimed them, moving them as high as possible. Nothing changed

It sounds like there is something wrong with the headlight desiccant, or the bulb is not installed correctly or that it has the wrong headlight housing installed. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with and let me know how it goes.
