Yes, these head bolts are torque to yield and must be replaced. You will need to remove the intake manifold, and valve covers along with the valve train, start by disconnecting the battery and draining the coolant and change the engine oil once the job is completed. Also, clean all gasket surfaces completely before the reassembly. Here are the remainder of the cylinder head replacement instructions that include torque specs and tightening sequence.
