Hazard lights coming on when I use signal

Why does my hazard lights turn on when I put my turn signal on? Does it
Have a flash relay if so where is it?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

There is a relay in the under hood power distribution box. See picture 1.

Also, check ground 7. It is under the dash, left side. I attached two pics which are schematics. I am questioning that ground because it is common to both components.
