Hatch Light (inside of trunk) Upper Control Arm Bolts and Bushings, AC/Heat fan only works on 3

Hatch Light (inside of trunk) won't turn on, replaced the bulb (from pull-a-part) the neither of the bulbs appeared to be blown, any ideas? Upper Control Arm Bolts and Bushings replaced the upper control arm but the new one didn't come with any bolts and I was forced to cut the old one's out, I used some bolts and washers from home depot, should I buy new bolts, if so which ones and do I need to get bushings and the washers with the numeric values on them?,

AC/Heat fan only works on 3 the fan does not work on 1 or 2 and will not turn on to the max setting, Need instructions on how to remove heater core, I also need help replacing the heater core on the 1999 Kia Sportage

Check to see if power Is going to rear hatch switch-lt green wire. Yes you need new bolts the ones at homedepot are not strong enough at all either try an auto parts or dealer for that. Check your resistor if it is getting power in and out to blower that ma be your problem see pic
