Where it begins. I am having a major electrical issue where the signal lights and brake lights have gone out. I hit a curb recently and now all of a sudden I am having lights going out.

Look at the wiring harness like the blood vessels in your body. It branches out to every component from a main trunk. You will need someone that understands electrical circuits to follow a wiring diagram to pinpoint your problem.
