Harmonic balancer Bolt removal?

I am trying to replace the water pump on my car listed above SEL, which is inside the motor connected to the timing chain. I am stuck on the harmonic balancer though. We've tried everything and this bolt to the harmonic balancer will not come out. Please help me.

Have you tried an impact wrench? They make great electric ones you can rent for cheap at the auto parts store, while you are there get the puller as well. Here is the video of the job being done on a similar car, the only difference will be the puller style. Also, I have left instructions for your car in the images below.
