I'm removing a harmonic balancer on the car listed above base model. Do I have to lower the sub frame to get it off or is there a trick?

You will need a puller. You can get one at a parts store.

My main question is, do you have to drop the sub frame to remove pulley?

Hello again.

You do not have to drop the subframe.

You access it through the right front tire wheel well.
