Yep, 9 times out of 10 it will be a weak fuel pump, but to be sure here is a video and guide to help us as well. See how fast the fuel pressure comes up on the gauge,, this will tell us if there is a problem or not. You can rent a gauge form the auto parts store for free. The fuel pressure should be

Engine Running / Key On (KOEO):
51-61 psi or (355-421 kPa)
Fuel Pressure Drop After Shutdown:
Should hold above 21 psi for at least 5 minutes
(If it drops quickly: leaking injector, faulty pump check valve, or leaking pressure regulator.)
