Hard oil?

Haven't used this car in months. New battery Sept 2024. Oil light on. Car stalling. Went to put oil in but the oil is hard.

Hard oil? Is it frozen? What is the temperature outside? I am not sure what you are saying, can you please add more information and perhaps a short video?
