Normally if your PCM detects an improper circuit condition during operation, diagnostic trouble code P1482 will be triggered. An incorrect voltage level has been identified on the cooling fan clutch control circuit. So I would check your fan clutch.

If you have a scan tool capable of running a functional test, you can try to activate it with the tool and see if it responds. The cooling fan clutch could have failed and faulty coolant temperature sensor readings causing fan speed errors.

I responded to your other question regarding the same error. It is possible when you got the vehicle washed it go wet under the engine compartment and shorted the circuit to the fan clutch. Follow the suggestion I gave on the other post.

I do get heat from it. Do the engine have a rubbing sound after a few seconds the truck shuts down and then have to turn the key a hold it in turning on position and then slowly starts up. And rpm goes below 1rom and shuts down that's the clutch fan

It sounds like the engine is damaged from the low oil condition, can you upload a short video of the noise so I can hear it? That way we can see if the engine is any good or not. Dont worry about the code right now, if the engine is no good you will have bigger problems to deal with than the fan clutch.

Code P1482 - Cooling Fan Speed Signal Fault (Fan Clutch Circuit #2)

Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on.
