It started making grinding/scraping noise and stalled the same day a couple weeks ago. Replaced battery, starter and solenoid and it started. Still had the grinding noise. It stalled again so replaced alternator assembly. It ran for one day and stalled again. Replaced belt tensioner pulley but still won’t start. Air conditioning went out last year so now I'm wondering if the pulley on it could cause this? Or possibly the serpentine belt? Please help because I’m tired of my husband putting unnecessary parts into it.

Yes, I don't blame you, can you upload short video of the noise? you can upload it in your response. Also, you can remove the serpentine belt and run the engine for a short time to see if the noise goes away this way you can tell for sure if the problem is an accessory. Please let me know what you find.
