At low speed seems smooth, just 35 km/h and above starts grinding humming sounds, more pronounced with windows closed. Put car on stands, rotate cv shafts, I can hear the noise with some rattling sounds from differential section only if you brake one cv shaft turn one. Transmission fluid is on level.

You can't diagnose a bearing that way. Not only does it need to have a load on it but when you hold one wheel and spin the other, the side (spider) gears kick in and they make more noise than the bearing you are trying to find. The only way to confirm the bearing is to disassemble it and feel each bearing. Even if you only have one bad one, you should be changing all of them anyway.
