Grinding noise

The grinding noise starts on the third gear I notice a shudder and when I turn left or right the noise goes away. It only appears when when driving straight. I have check the gearbox if it is fastened all bolts are tight. Replaced the rear engine mount bolt as it was missing. Checked the CV joint all seems to be intact.

Good morning.

From your description, it sounds like you have a bearing failure inside the transmission. The fact it only starts in third gear is the key.
It will have to be removed and inspected for the failure.
