I have completely changed the transmission. I have check the CV joints and drive shaft, hubs, brake calipers, brake pads. Changed my filter on my transmission and my oil two times. Put new alternator and mounts all around and at twenty to thirty mph not every time, but most times it will grind like an metal on metal grind. My car is an three speed. Please if you have any idea I am out of them? Also, when it grinds if I let off the gas and and ease back into it stops.

Do you have a jack and jack stands so we can have you check the front wheel bearings?

Put the front of the car on jack stands so both front wheels are off the ground on a flat level surface. Put the ebrake on and put the car in neutral. Then put one hand on the coil spring and spin the tire as fast as you can with the other hand if the bearing is bad you should be able to feel the bad bearing in the coil spring. Compare each side to each other.
