Front end advice please!

My 94 Yukon 5.7 L 350 V8 has had lots of front end replacement due to wear and tear from a 4" lift and 33" swampers and mudding. I need new tie rods a man told me, would I replace inner and outer and all bushings? Will I need an alignment after I do it myself? I am trying to avoid shop help due to lack of $$ these days, I just need to get back on the road. Thanx!

For you to be on the road ACAP you can change what needed only
as for an alignment it suppose to do one every time you change the tie rod or any front end parts

You can try to get it as close as possible
