What would be the best way to temporarily disable the above vehicle nightly, the vehicle is mine I acquired in a will and my sister (lives in another state) reported to me that she can't find the second set of keys, and is afraid a relative took them. I realize about battery cable, spark plug wires, etc, but the vehicle is loaded electronically, and afraid I'll have to reset some features everytime. Is their something like a fuse or something that could easily be used to enable and disable for a few days until I get the paperwork in order?

Just pull the fuel pump relay, its under the hood on the drivers side in the underhood fuseblock. This will prevent it from starting and will not affect anything electrical.
