2005 GMC Yukon Driver Side Cold/Passenger Side Hot

I have a manual climate control in my truck, and when I turn on the air conditioner, I receive cold air through the driver side vents, but hot air through the passenger side. Also, if I turn on the heater, the same result occurs. What could cause this problem?

Sounds like a bad temp door actuator on the bottom side of the HVAC case.

See if the actuator moves when you use the temp controls.
