1994 GMC Truck Headlights/running lights

1994 GMC Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 93 GMC k1500. Both turn signals work however, the headlights and running lights do not. The fuses and lights are all good. Could this possibly be the relay? The windshield wipers wont come on either. Can there be a common link between the two?

I'm sure you have it fixed by now, but I'll put in my 2cents. Check the harnesses on the steering column, and check the block that goes through the firewall by the steering column, sometimes this will come loose, or the pins will get corroded. I will be curious what the trouble was.
