I have a 1999 gmc suburban with a 5.7 vortec motor. It started with slight sputtering when you floor it about 2 or 3 months ago but has gotten worse over time and now will not start without starting fluid

it will start with starting fluid and idle fine most of the time. When being driven if given more than 1/4 throttle it will cut out and choke and it makes poor power at all times and accelerates almost like youre hauling a trailer. And it will sometimes die at idle

the fuel pump, sending unit and tank are all less than 5 months old and it has a brand new fuel filter on it. The truck has no exhaust on it it dumps under the passeneger floorboard because someone cut my driver side cat off and stole it and the 2nd bank of oxygen sensors have been removed from the harness

i had the codes scanned and pulls no codes except the bad 02 sensors because theyre not there but the problem started before the 02 sensors were removed
Do you
