1997 GMC Suburban recharging

Cant figure out which port to charge ac in, the caps for them are both the same color and my old one had different colors thats how I told them apart. Please help, I dont have money for a mechanic. Thank you.

You want the smaller nipple of the two it will be the only one that the can charging hose will fit on.

I tried it on that one but it wouldnt take it, I thought maybe it was on a different part of the engine or something, but I cant find anywhere else to do it, can you think of any free links or anything that would help me and mybe have pictures or a video? Im not very good with the internet, every search I try costs money when I click on the links.

There is only one place to put it in that low side hose. Is the compressor coming on?Is there any charge in the system before you started trying to charge it?What is your a/c pressure's? That could be your problem also.
