2002 GMC Sonoma water pump

Gm just replaced the water pump in our 2002 gmc sonoma and today I noticed that there was water coming from an area right behing the front right tire. Is this a leak in the water pump or something else like rain water?

A/C been running? Antifreeze is either green or orange and is a bit sticky and smells sweet, water is well water, what does it finger test as?
