I hear a clicking noise coming from my glove box a few minuits after turning my headlights on and I have also noticed that some dimming accures when I hear the clicking sound

Hi, there is a relay center behind the glove-box. If you can get at the relays, while the clicking is ongoing, you can feel the relays, to see which one is clicking. Maybe the relays are labeled, you would know which one it is. Then check voltage--ground and control circuits.

I'd have to look at the vehicle to decide best way to get at relays.

I can easly get to the relays in the glove box but to fix the problem do I just need to change it or is there different problem? Also I noticed that its not my actuly my headlights that are dimming its my regular driving lights that are always on when the cars on but it olny makes the clicking noise and dims when my headlights are on

Sometimes the relays are all the same, you can look and see. Swap out the suspect relay with another, if the same. If the problem moves, it's the relay. If problem stays in same place, I'd have to check the relay control circuits.
