My 2002 GMC Sierra has been sitting for about a month. I tried to start it and got nothing. I replaced the battery, and it started and ran fine. It then sat for a couple weeks and I tried to start it again. Nothing! I checked the battery and it's fine. I checked the fuel pump (which I replaced 8 months ago) and it too is fine. Finally, I got it to turn over but it ran for a second then died. It did this three or four times. Now it tries to turn but then starts cicking. I used the battery charger on the start assist setting and still had the same outcome. Any advice about where I should go from here? Thank you!
