I have a misfire on cylinder 2. I have replaced the cap rotor, wires, and plugs. The misfire sounds like it come from inside the cap. I just had the intake gaskets replaced along with the valve cover gaskets. The vehicle has a throttle body on it.

Hi there,

If you ave replaced the intake gasket, you may have a vacuum leak there still, start here.

Could this be from not torquing enough?

Could be or a portion of old gasket stuck that you did not see, spray a little starter fluid over the joint while running if the revs pick up you have found a vacuum leak.
