After installing a new intake manifold gasket my truck will not start

Ensure that no electrical connectors were knocked off during installation of gasket. Also check vacuum hoses as well. Who performed repairs? Repair shop or individual? If not a repair shop, did individual torque bolts properly? If not, air could leak into intake. If too much air is entering, engine will not start.
