1997 GMC Sierra occasionally will not start

My truck will do weeks starting just fine, but then won't start, just turns over, for a day or two. Then i'll let it sit over night and it will start again with no problem. It used to only have to sit for a couple of hours. I just changed the fuel filter and still no luck?

You could hear the fuel pump come On but is it producing the correct fuel pressure.

Get the fuel system pressure checked to rule out the fuel pump and the pressure regulator and comeback with the readings if you wish to proceed.
