1997 GMC Sierra Engine knock cold

My truck has a slight knock when started cold. Louder in cab than under hood. Goes away after 15 - 20 sec. Had noise for 60000 miles, seems no worse.

This knock was a problem during those years, it won't hurt a thing.I think there was an oil filter that would help it, I think it was an ac 1218 but not sure though.
