Almost all forums talk about lifters being loud at start up and going away when it heats up but my problem is the exact opposite. My ticking noise is more than likely lifters I know that but they make no noise when cold at startup and then after about 3 minutes they start ticking louder. Also when gas pedal is depressed slightly they quiet then get louder again when I let off. Please any info would be really helpful. Every forum I find on this subjuct is the opposite my situation!
