1986 GMC S15 my truck as been posessed

Hi my trucks blinkers had stopped working and the dash lights when the headlights is on seem to flip. What I mean is that no dash lights are on except the two turn indicaters and the high beam light. Unless I turn on the high beams then the high beam indicator goes off. You kinda get what I'm saying. Also my radio power is coming and going whenever it feels like it usually shuts off when I take my foot off the gas. Please help I would donate if I had money.

Make sure all body grounds are clean and tight. Also, check under the dash to make sure everything is properly plugged in. If everything appears to be ok, have the body control module tested. NOTE: the dash lights get power from the headlight switch. THat could be causing the problem, but when you mentioned about the radio, I have a feeling it is a ground problem.
