No sound in my speakers

There is no sound in my speakers, I have a cadillac secville sts "97. There is everything normal except there is no sound. I have checked fuses, they are okey. When I start the car, it takes up to 10 sec. For the radio to turn on and the seek mode is very slove and also the memory mode.
It is like everything is okey, except there is no sound and the radio is in a slove motion.
I have a stereo signal and the antenna is working
It happened after I replaced the battery in my car the old one was broken.

I've never seen anything like that, but you might want to try checking the wiring to the head unti and fromt he head unit to the speaker. Check for any cracks or knicks in the wiring

Check the ground wire to the head unit, if it is broken then the unit will try to ground through the antenna.
