When I fill the reservoir with fluid, it leaks out from the rear, under the drivers rear side. I have looked under the car and it is leaking from what can best be described as a flat nipple that protrudes thru the body. It looks like it should have a plug or clamp on it, if so it is missing. Any thoughts?

That is the bulkhead connector. It is not an uncommon thing for them to break off. Find the plastic line that was connected to it and you will probably find the other piece. The only real repair is to replace the connector. What I use is some connectors for vacuum line. To get them to seal well you need to pick one that just fits in the end of the tube. Then dunk the plastic tube in a cup of boiling water to make it softer. Then shove in the connector. Do the same on the other end. You will also want to check the connection in the rear door/hatch. They like to break off and then leak into the body.
