my transmission is slipping in 1st and 2nd is there a easy cheap fix

Short answer, no.

Pull your tranny dipstick, see if there is any grit in the fluid on the end. Those transmissions have a sun shield that likes to blow up, requires a tranny rebuild or replacement. If your sun shield went, you'll feel grit in the fluid.
