Engine Mechanical problem
1998 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

started out by driving thru high water & got stalled out. Air filter was soaked. Got water in cylinders. Flushed everything out, changed spark plugs, new plug wires & filter. Changed oil & filter. Took a little to it started & ran good for about 5 sec. Then sounded like crap. Think either I might of got plugs mixed up or something? Distributor wasn't taken off yet, didn't seem wet up there?

Check pcv valve and mapp sensor, they both could be sludged up. I know if there was water in the cylinders, the pcv has go to have water/oil sludge in it, there for engine cant breath, engine wont stay runnning either. Whether that is the culprit or not. So take care of that and get back to me.
