Ok truck keeps dieing, while running. The voltage on Gage keeps running low (while running ) then nothing. Tryed useing a different battery, still did same thing. Could it be the altanator?

You will need to use a digital voltmeter to measure the charging voltage across the battery with the engine idling and no accessories on.
You should see between 13.5 and 14.8v.
