Windshield wipers and turn signals do not work

Six cylinder two wheel drive automatic 100,000 miles

Emergency signals work, but turn signals and. Windshield wipers do not work. Tested for continuity at the fuse box. One fuse outlet shows no reading. What is my next step?

Hi:
Which fuse circuit has no power? It is normal for some fuse outlets to not have any power based in vehicle options.

Let me know what you found and we will go from there.

Six cylinder four wheel drive automatic 95,500 miles

My front windshield wipers work great, but my wiper blade in the rear stopped working. The fluid still flows to the rear but the wiper will not work. Where should I start troubleshooting? I was going to purchase a rear wiper motor but that may not be the problem. Any help will be appreciated.
