Fuel filter is under hood, driver side, front engine area, rear of lower radiator hose, mounted in fuel line. Fuel pump is attached to the fuel sending unit, located in the fuel tank. I suggest first inspecting your vehicle's fuel pump relay, located on left front inner fender panel behind A/C compressor relay, before replacing filter and pump. Also inspect your fuses.
