The binding in the rear end is troubling. Check the rear end oil and if you deside to change it, add the friction modifiers for the posi unit. That should cure the rear end chatter, All tires should be the exact same size, check on that too. Then Scan the truck for codes, the blinking lights means you have a B or C or U code stored, and this requires a scantool capable of reading them, most good shops can read them. Generic OBD II scanners cant!
