2004 GMC C2500 power steering

Hi, I replaced the power steering pump and did the bleeding procedure by pumping the brakes while running, then jacking the front wheels off the ground and cycled the wheel with key on, engine off but I still have no steering or brakes. Is there something else that could be done?

Is this a Electro-hydraulic Steering system? I will help you figure it out, do you have a brake booster? If you dont then its Hydro-boost do you have any diagnostic trouble code on? Tell me what keeps happening, the bubbles will not go away? Write me back let me know.
