Engine Performance problem
2002 GMC C2500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 15000 miles

When The temperature is below 40 degrees my truck will not idel. It whnts to ruv up and down sometimes it shuts off and I have to restart. It tend to get worse as the temperature gets colder. It start and runs great when the temperature is warm.
Already changed plugs and wires and fuel filter.

What would cause this?

Do you have a check engine light On, Last tune-up?

Get a repair manual find the idle air control valve and EGR valve clean it out and see what happens
