Hey ok I just got a gmc c1500 1995 and I put it on the scanner to check for codes and none came up only that brakes were applied! So we replaced the switch Still same thing Plus no Response to the ABS computer and tourge converter wont lock up cause computer thinks brakes on!>>

Which switch did you replace
and did you try to unplug the switch and test

No I did not try unplugging the switch if I did I would not have brake lights but is a good idea I changed the brake pedal switch pain in the ass but its got a new one and the brake lights do work and also I can hear the relay clicking when I step on the brake? Please help

I looked and there is only one switch for the brake on this truck
