2003 GMC C1500 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

While running a fuel pressure test on a 2003 GMC vortec v8 the idle readings were in specs but not at the minimum and once under a load it was higher than maximum specs. What could be the problem. Or is it just factory settings?

What was the idle and under load fuel pressure readings

The pressure should be 55-62 psi

Your possibilities could be the fuel pressure regulator or a restricted fuel return line
