2003 GMC C1500 cann't find fuse

Positions 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not work on fan speed. Position 5 does work. Can not locate fuse for low speed.

There is no low speed blower fuse, #5 speed is fused. This vehicle needs a blower resistor and connector.(Connector gets burnt). Very common problem for this vehicle.
