1998 GMC C1500 truck doesnt start no power from fuse box to

Hey there my name is francisco from lemoore califorina im 19 years old. I have a auick question see if you guys can please help me.
my 98 sierra was driving one day I was hiting 45mph and it turns off on me I put 4 gallons of gas because I thought if was cuz my gas but then I try to start it up again and I wouldnt hear the fuel pump go on and I check the pressure by the carb and I couldnt hear it eaither I used the tester and on the fuse but there is like 3-4 wire there for the fuse/relay for the fuel pump and 3 of them dnt have power but 1 does but the wires from the fuse box dont have power to the back to turn on the fuel pump, but what I tryd to do with that wire that has power I but it to a fuse that works and the fuel pump will turn on and buy the engine u can hear it too but wont turn on like that eaither, so can ant1 help with this electrical.
