1997 GMC C1500 front A/C not working

My front A/C & Heat is out. It blows fine in the rear, just not the front. Possibly a relay?

Sounds like the blower motor is out most likely. There is no relay that controls the blower in general. There is a resistor module that is supposed to control blower speeds but usually when it is out either the blower will blow only on the lower speeds or only on the highest speed.
