1994 GMC C1500 my truck stoped running

My truck shut off the lights shut off there is no power to the starter or lights /horn is there a fues or relay that powers everthing up

Thank you rasmataz ! You were right on with looking at the fusible links, the small red wire was broke off down by the frame, I cleaned it, up tape it up, and started it up.
