water leak from lowe radiator hose changed hose and still leaks from hose at motor end

That one attaches to the water pump. Chances are it is one of two things. First, corrosion can build up allowing the hose to leak, or the water pump itself could be leaking from the weep hole on it and running onto the hose. Check the weep hole for evidence of a leak. If it looks good, remove the hose and make sure there is no corrosion built up on where the hose attaches.
