1989 GMC C1500 surges at idle

No codes surges at idle cold or hot have changed injecters fuel regulator plugs wires tps sensor no vacume leaks also replaced coolent temp sensor on intake I dont know what the timming specs are but have advanced and tried retareding it with no change in surging at idle what are possible resolutions to this problem

If what you're telling me is true, you failed to tell me what the fuel pressure is and/or what the fuel gauge does when the engine is surging dozen surge also? And what about the EGR valve? You may want to remove it and clean it also a may not be sealing completely causing a radical idol. Try those things and get back to me.
