How to remove the ignition cylinder?

I tried to get it out but there is no button on the top or bottom to push and we drilled it and everything nothing is working what do I do?

This ignition does not appear to have a button to release it. It appears you have to twist this one out and you do that by using a punch to put a groove in it and a flat head screwdriver to turn it and remove it.

I am attaching the info below but if the ignition switch is stuck, here is a guide that may help. This may be too late for you if you have already drilled it, but it may have good info that is helpful:

Unfortunately, the manual doesn't have specific instructions that contain a lot of detail, but it does explain what I talked about above.
