How do I get it out of park into natural so it can be towed?

I have the vehicle listed above and it wont start, but it will turn on it's in park. How do I get it out of park into natural so it can be towed? It's an xlt model.

Here is a video that will show you how. This video shows the job being done on a similar car but the process is the same. I have included diagrams below for your car.
